Following the meeting, it was decided to continue the work, including claims and lawsuits aimed at reducing the volume of receivables and to improve its efficiency to ensure its further structuring and systematization, identification of additional mechanisms of debt collection. In terms of issues related to grid connection, the importance of the implementation of grid connection agreements within statutory deadlines and the need to reduce the cost of this service, not compensated by the fee for its provision, were touched upon. Ensuring effective grid connection at minimum cost, without adversely affecting the existing grid, was identified as a key challenge. It was also recommended to take note of the proposal by Alexander Pilyugin on the preparation of recommendations by the technical unit for Customer Service Centres for core activities to increase transmission capacity and grid connection without reconstruction and new construction.
