IDGC of Centre’s management held a meeting with representatives of one of the leading investment banks Renaissance Capital. The company was represented by Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance Sergey Rumyantsev and Head of IR Division Sergey Ternikov. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the analysts of the investment company to the performance of IDGC of Centre for 6 months of 2015, as well as to describe the main indicators of the Business Plan for 2015. Renaissance Capital focuses on investments in emerging markets, including in the electricity sector.
At the meeting the analysts of Renaissance Capital were able to get acquainted with the current position of IDGC of Centre, the results of its operating and financial activities, including its RAS statements for 6 months of 2015, and the main trends of the core business. Sergey Rumyantsev presented the results of the company performing the functions of a supplier of last resort in 2013-2014, told about the features of the investment program, and shared forward-looking indicators of the approved Business Plan for 2015. At the end of the meeting the parties discussed issues of tariff regulation and prospects for privatization in the electric grid sector.
