The purpose of this event was to study by IDGC of Centre’s staff, responsible for the organization and functioning of the energy management system, the international standard ISO 50001.
The participants familiarized themselves with the requirements of the standard and approaches to its implementation in the company's management, discussed practical issues of creating an energy management system, integrated approach to the efficient management of energy resources, as well as organizing and conducting the system audits.
Many of ISO standards for a long time have already been an integral part of the quality management system in Russia. The international standard ISO 50001 is designed to achieve maximum results in energy savings and ensure a system process to control over energy consumption at all levels of management in the company.
The use of the energy management system according to ISO 50001 allows companies to reduce costs, decrease the cost of energy consumption, improve competitiveness, and cut down the negative impact on the environment.
