IDGC of Centre summed up the procurement activities for 2014

In 2014 the company held 7,463 procurement activities for goods, works and services totalling 27 693 809.261 thousand RUB with VAT. The economic effect on the outcome of the procurement procedures for the period amounted to 1187 084.692 thousand RUB with VAT or 4.11% of the declared value of the planned purchases.

The share of public procurement procedures in the procurement structure was about 95% of total purchases in value terms.

In 2014 IDGC of Centre organized and carried out the procurement of goods, works and services for:

  • new construction and expansion of electric grid facilities – 5 532 173.989 thousand RUB with VAT (19.98% of the total purchases in value terms);
  • reconstruction and modernization of electric grid facilities – 9 917 817.823 thousand RUB with VAT (35.81% of the total purchases in value terms);
  • power repair (maintenance) and operation needs – 4 178 030.822 thousand RUB with VAT (15.09% of the total purchases in value terms);
  • other purchases to meet the needs of the company – 8 065 786.627 thousand RUB with VAT.

Proper management of procurement is an important tool for improving the real performance of the company, and the procurement process is associated not only with the financial flows of the enterprise, but also to obtain the maximum profit for the company by providing improved conditions and optimizing the logistic supply chain.
