More than 12 thousand employees of IDGC of Centre were trained and improved their skills in 2014

Training of staff is one of the main directions of the personnel policy of IDGC of Centre. In 2014 the company spent more than 70 million rubles on professional training, retraining and improvement of skills of its staff.

More than 12,000 employees participated in training activities of IDGC of Centre. 4,997 people increased their qualifications and 485 workers had retraining.

Cooperation of IDGC of Centre with leading universities in the country, teaching and educational institutions, which the company attracts as contractors, helps maintain a professional level of staff training. Employees are sent for training under the Presidential program for managerial staff training to the basic institutions of higher education, including MPEI.

Traditionally IDGC of Centre pays special attention to training and education of employees in specialties of RTN, in particular, under programs related to safety and labour protection.
