The next step in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of interaction of IDGC of Centre with consumers was the introduction into service of sms notifications to applicants of the company on the execution of requests for grid connection.
This service will allow specialists of IDGC of Centre automatically to notify consumers about the absence of necessary information and documents for submitting an application and receiving them for processing, conclusion and availability of grid connection contracts, messaging numbers and dates of registration, as well as suspension or cancellation under default provisions by consumers or in the absence of payment for grid connection contracts.
The new service has already been successfully tested in several branches of IDGC of Centre (the Lipetsk, Voronezh and Yaroslavl regions) and in the short term will be introduced throughout the company's service area.
