During his working trip to the Tver region Head of the Central Directorate of RTN Pavel Budagov visited IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division and held a meeting with its manager Mikhail Pilavov. During the meeting Mikhail Pilavov introduced results of Tverenergo passing the autumn-winter operation period to Pavel Budagov, and in particular the work of the operating personnel and dispatchers to ensure power supply to consumers in the region.
Pavel Budagov also visited the Grid Control Centre (GCC) of Tverenergo, established in order to optimize the operational and technological control over the power grid of Tverenergo, ensure the smooth operation of networks with the voltage up to 110 kV, and improve control over the state of electrical equipment in real time.
Mikhail Pilavov told the audience about the prospects of supervisory control in the company, as well as the benefits of modern equipment, which the Centre is equipped with.
Representatives of the RTN and Tverenergo discussed prospects of implementing remote surveillance of the power grid facilities.
Particular attention was paid to ensuring the reliability of 110 kV transits in the Pskov, Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Moscow region, as well as features of railway transit when "Sapsan" trains pass.
In the course of training on the topic "The fall of a pole onto a 35 kV overhead power line" operational staff of the GCC and Distribution Zone of Tverenergo demonstrated Head of the Central Directorate of RTN their availability to work under special conditions of the autumn-winter operation period.
