At 19.10 in the 110 kV substation "Schetmash" as a result of short-circuit the power supply to consumers was interrupted. First responding and repair crews of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division were sent immediately to the failure site. Promptly, for 58 minutes, the power was restored to all customers. To clarify the causes of the incident a special commission was created.
