IDGC of Centre summed up the implementation of the repair program in the first half of 2014. The volume of financing for 6 months was 768.5 million rubles.
Specialists of IDGC of Centre overhauled 2,849 km of overhead power lines (Conductors) of 35-110 kV and 6,045 km of 0.4-10 kV, which is 109% and 110% of the schedule accordingly. They renovated 2,562 transformer substations, which is 11% above the planned values.
Of the major facilities of the company, which were overhauled, it is worth noting the 110 kV SS Cheremoshnoye (IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division), the 110 kV Conductor Stary Oskol – Tsemzavod (IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division), the 35 kV Conductor Isakovo – Kikino (IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division), the 110 kV SS Airport (IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division), the 110 kV Conductor Pavlovskaya – 1 (IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo division), the 110 kV Conductor Stanovoy Well – Glazunovka (IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division).
In the first half of the year 7,456 hectares of ROWs of overhead lines were cleared, which is over the targets by 18%.
In total, according to the plan for 2014, in the service area of IDGC of Centre 164 substations of 35-100 kV will be overhauled; 4,551 transformer substation, 7,350 kilometers of Conductors of 35-100 kV and 14,460 kilometers of overhead lines and cables of 0.4-10 kV will be renovated; and 15,655 hectares of ROWs will be cleared. The total funding of the repair program will be about 1,824 billion rubles.
"In drawing up plans for the repair program this year, we took into account data of equipment diagnostic tests conducted in 2013. Performing repairs based on the information obtained allows the company to improve performance, increase power supply reliability and reduce power losses in the grid," stressed Deputy General Director for Technical Issues - Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre Alexander Pilyugin.
The repair program is one of the priorities in the production activity of IDGC of Centre. Implementation of the repair program is aimed at stable and uninterrupted operation of the electric grid complex in 11 regions of the Central Federal District during the autumn-winter peak loads.
