An employee of IDGC of Centre won the regional orienteering competitions held in the Kursk region

An engineer of the Central Diagnostics Laboratory of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division Olga Voloshina was the winner of orienteering competitions for the Cup of Trade Unions held in the Kursk region. The competitions, organized annually by the Kursk SEI "Athletics - sports community", took place over two days in the forest tracts "Pinery" and "Kryvets" near Kursk. They were attended by teams of trade union organizations of enterprises and educational institutions in the region. Olga Voloshina competed for the team "Electroprofsoyuz". And although in the team standings the power engineers took the second place, losing to opponents from the children’s and youth sports school "Spectrum", in the individual championship she was tougher and smarter than everyone.

In orienteering Olga V. is no beginner: she has gone in this physically challenging and at the same time intellectual sport for a long time. "Such a vigorous hobby allows me to always stay in shape, maintain health and good spirits," emphasizes the winner.
