In Moscow the annual meeting of specialists of structural units of IDGC of Centre for public relations was hosted, during which the informational work of IDGC of Centre in 2013 was summarized, as well as plans for the future were defined.
The meeting’s participants reviewed the current problems of communication interaction with the media, met with modern communications technology. IDGC of Centre’s specialists developed various options for operational cooperation in crisis situations, informing consumers about the company’s activity.
Also, the meeting discussed the specifics of using the new corporate identity of IDGC of Centre, defined common approaches to the company’s presence in social media, as well as the implementation of communication projects aimed at preventing electrical injuries to third parties.
As part of the meeting there was a business training course on the topic "News making. Anti-crisis PR". The training for the meeting’s participants was conducted by Olga Solomatina, a media trainer, the group editor of special projects at PH "Kommersant".
"Organization of regular meetings of participants of the communication process of structural units of IDGC of Centre is an important task in building effective communication with the media companies and consumers of the company," stressed Head of Public Relations Department of IDGC of Centre Evgeniya Fisenko.
According to her, the past year’s experience showed consistency and richness of this event, which this year is particularly important in terms of exchange of work experience and relevant PR-tools. "Such meetings allow to share achievements, experience and skills that contribute to maintaining a high level of professionalism of IDGC of Centre’s specialists in the field of public relations," underlined Evgeniya Fisenko.
