Power engineers of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division have restored power supply in practically all socially important institutions, affected by the disaster in the night from 15 to 16 March 2014. Power outages in the Bryansk region occurred because the passage through the region of a cyclone, accompanied by rain, snow and strong wind.
Work is currently underway to restore electricity supply in some sparsely populated settlements, to which the power engineers were not able to reach at night because trees falling.
It is planned to fully restore electricity supply by 06 pm of the current day.
Currently 122 vehicles are working on damaged power lines. 96 crews and 366 specialists of Bryanskenergo are involved in the disaster relief.
