IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division was awarded in three categories at the regional stage of the contest «Russian organization of high social efficiency». Kostromaenergo took the 1st place in the nomination «For the promotion of healthy lifestyles in the production sector organizations». Kostroma power engineers also got the 1st place in the nomination «For the development of social partnership in the production sector organizations» and the 2nd place in the nomination «For the development of human resources in the production sector organizations».

IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division systematically carries out preventive measures that contribute to making healthy lifestyles. The trade union committee of the branch organizes for employees «Health Days» in holiday homes and camp sites of the Kostroma region, making workers’ visits to the country, different sport competitions in team sports.
