IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division held an extended solemn meeting devoted to the Power Engineers’ Day. During the event, which took place on the eve of the professional holiday in the Bryansk Regional Drama Theatre, there was an awarding ceremony for the branch’s employees who distinguished themselves in the departing year of 2013.
The solemn meeting was opened by Advisor to General Director, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov. He congratulated the participants on their professional holiday and wished his colleagues health, professional self-improvement and career growth.
Speaking further Chief Accountant, Head of accounting and tax accounting and reporting Department of IDGC of Centre Lyudmila Sklyarova expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation to each employee of Bryanskenergo for hard work, dedication and operational work.
Next the awarding ceremony began, during which the first were marked Bryanskenergo’s staff, who worked to ensure reliable and secure power supply for the duration of the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in 2014. Roman Stefanov handed them letters of thanks.
Acknowledgement of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for his contribution to reliable and trouble-free operation in the energy industry, professionalism, exemplary execution of duties was awarded to Deputy Chief Engineer — Head of distribution networks of Bryanskenergo Fedor Kapshukov. Letters of appreciation from the Ministry of Energy were received by Electrician for testing and measurement of category 4 of a crew for diagnostics of electrical equipment of Komarichsky Distribution Zone Nikolay Krivitsky and Electrician of a first responding mobile crew of category 4 of Operational Service Group for substations of Operations and Technology Service of the Grid Control Centre Leonid Tsarkov.
Foreman for diagnostics of electrical equipment Alexey Skopov was awarded Certificate of Merit of JSC «Russian Grids». Letters of thanks from the company were given to Chief Engineer of Komarichsky Distribution Zone Alexey Zaitsev; Electrician for repair of overhead power lines of category 4 of Suzemskoy crew of Bryansk Section of Power Line Service of High-Voltage Office Alexander Salnikov; 1st category Engineer of Analysis Section and Production Management of the Asset Management Centre Denis Sidorov.
About one and a half dozen of Bryanskenergo’s employees were given IDGC of Centre’s awards: the honorary title «Veteran of IDGC of Centre», «Best in Profession», «Best Specialist», «Best Manager»; letters of thanks and certificates of merit.
Authorities and professional associations distinguished the professionalism and intense work of Bryanskenergo’s employees. A number of specialists of the branch were awarded by the Government and Duma of the Bryansk region, administration of the city of Bryansk, All-Russian industry association of employers in the power industry, the Bryansk regional committee «Electrical trade union» and the primary trade union organization of IDGC of Centre.
Clear evidence of appreciation of the contribution of workers of Bryanskenergo to the economy of the region was awarding Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov with a medal «70 Years of Liberation of the Bryansk Region». The highest award of the region received from the hands of Governor of the Bryansk region Nikolay Denin is not only recognition of the merits of the head of the electric grid branch, but the evaluation of high labour readiness of power engineers to meet the challenges to ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers of the Bryansk land.
According to Advisor to General Director, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov, more employees of the branch were honored with this year’s awards of different levels than ever before. «This shows the high professionalism of the staff of Bryanskenergo and that the work organized by the branch’s managers to improve the skills of power engineers gives positive results,» he noted.
