To expedite the restoration of electricity in four districts of the Tver region, which suffered greatly from the bad weather elements, Tverenergo has increased the number of first responding crews. Currently, 76 crews, 225 people and 76 special vehicles are involved in the repair work. Most socially important facilities have been reconnected, which were de-energized with the next wave of the snow cyclone. With the onset of darkness the work will continue.
Specialists of the branch have constant interaction with the crisis management centre of the electric grid complex of JSC «Russian Grids», the operational headquarters of IDGC of Centre and the General Directorate of EMERCOM of Russia in the Tver region. To accelerate the restoration of power supply in the affected areas more mobile crews from of neighbouring branches of IDGC of Centre have been sent to the region.
