As a result of participation in 2013 in the regional stage of the All-Russian contest «Russian organization of high social efficiency» IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division won a number of victories: 1st place in the nomination «For the development of social partnership in organizations of the production sector», 1st place in the nomination «For the promotion of healthy lifestyles in organizations of the production sector» and 2nd place in the nomination «For the development of human resources in organizations of the production sector».
The Contest Commission decided to send the documents for participation of IDGC of Centre at the Federal stage of the given contest in the nomination «For the development of social partnership in organizations of the production sector». Awarding of the winners of the regional stage of the contest is scheduled for December 2013.
The All-Russian contest «Russian organization of high social efficiency» is carried out in accordance with resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 4, 2009 # 265-r. The aim of the contest is to attract public attention to the importance of social issues at the level of organizations and enterprises, demonstration of concrete examples of solutions to social problems, and to encourage organizations and businesses to take good practices in this area. The contest is held annually in two stages at the regional and federal levels in nominations.
