Greater part of the energy supply of the Bryansk region, affected by the cyclone, has been restored

Due to the sharp deterioration in the weather conditions and the passage through the Central Federal District of a cyclone, IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division and IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division have been put on high alert. Emergency and restoration crews have immediately begun restoring the power supply. In the Bryansk region 26 crews of 158 people have started restoring. 33 vehicles are involved, including 12 special vehicles, and 11 standby power sources. In the Orel region 79 crews have been mobilized to be on duty around the clock at the branch. 52 backup power sources have been prepared in case power outages of social facilities occur.

Smooth coordination has been established with the enterprises of FGC UES, operating companies of IDGC Holding and other territorial power grid organizations, regional bodies of EMERCOM and local authorities.
