Team of IDGC of Centre passed the knowledge testing stage at the All-Russian competitions

According to the draw at the All-Russian competitions of professional skills of crews of services of insulation and surge protection of electrical equipment in the distribution grid complex of IDGC Holding the team of IDGC of Centre was the first to begin this stage to test the knowledge of existing rules, regulations and standards with the use of PC-based software package “ASOP — Expert”.

The software package “ASOP — Expert” contains about 15 thousand questions. Computer selects 50 questions of different difficulty levels for each category separately. 50 minutes are given to answer. Following the results of the testing the team of IDGC of Centre scored 144 points out of 160 possible.

Commenting on the result of performing at the first stage, the team leader, Deputy Director for Technical Issues — Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division, Denis Yagodka underlined: “We were unable to get the maximum result. The team is well prepared, but the excitement affected us. At the interregional competitions in Lipetsk the electricians raised their professional level almost to engineering. We will work to prepare for the next steps.”
