September 8, 2012 under the chairmanship of General Director of IDGC of Centre Dmitry Gudzhoyan a meeting of the Management Board of the Company was held.
The meeting discussed urgent issues, including a report on the activities of IDGC of Centre in the 2nd quarter and 1st half of 2012, and the development prospects of the company in the short and long term.
On all items of the agenda of the meeting the Management Board of the company took specific decisions.
