IDGC of Centre deployed temporary information centers for the power supply restoration period

During the restoration of power supply in Tver, Yaroslavl, Tambov, Lipetsk and Voronezh regions, interrupted by the hurricane wind on May 1 and 2, IDGC of Center has deployed temporary information centers (TIC) in the Districts of Electrical Networks. The staff of TICs receives incoming phone calls of citizens around the clock, informing them, as well as heads of municipalities on the elimination of technological disturbances and estimated time of the power supply restoration.

In order to more quickly inform the public, for timely processing of telephone calls to consumers for the energy supply restoration period the staff of operators of the contact center was enhanced. During May 2nd for the complete restoration of electricity supply the number of repair crews — was increased up to 188 units and special equipment — up to 138 pieces.

At present, a moderate wind at 3-12 m/s allows to work more quickly, most of the power supply, interrupted by the weather, has been restored.
