Management of IDGC of Centre took part in a series of meetings with representatives of investment funds and banks

April 11, 2012 in Moscow during the Day of Utilities, organized by Investment Company (IC) Aton, the management of IDGC of Center met with representatives of 12 Russian and foreign investment companies, banks and funds. The conference, organized by IC Aton, was also attended by representatives of the Federal Tariff Service (FTS of Russia), top management of major energy companies: FGC UES, OJSC “Quadra”, OJSC “Inter RAO” and others.

The management of IDGC of Centre commented on the results of the company during 2011 in accordance with the disclosed reporting under IFRS, the planned for the 2012 events to raise operating efficiency, the implementation of the program of innovation development and investment program for the medium term, the expected by the Company’s management results of the tariff decisions and long-term RAB-regulation parameters that are currently in the process of approval by the regulator — the Federal Tariff Service of Russia.

Investors paid great interest in the results of the 2011 investment program implementation and outlook for 2012-2017, an initiative of the management to reduce controllable operating expenses and activities aimed at improving the investment attractiveness of IDGC of Centre.

Representatives of IC Aton thanked the Company’s management for the openness and willingness of the speakers to answer questions from the investment community.
