IR Division of IDGC of Centre was considered the best among the distribution grid companies

During the surveys research analysts and investors considered the IR team of IDGC of Centre the best on all indicators in 2011. Awarding of the Company took place at the fourth annual seminar for staff of IR Divisions of distribution grid companies, which was held at IDGC Holding on November 23, 2011.

IR team of IDGC of Centre is the winner in this nomination for the second year in a row. The efficiency of Investor Relations is a priority in the development strategy for the medium and long term.

Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance Olga Tkacheva noted that the management considers the Company not only as an innovative, cost-effective business that provides reliable and quality power supply to consumers in 11 regions of Central Federal District, but also as an investment-attractive business with high standards of corporate governance and top management open for a dialogue.

The objective of IR Division of the Company is to meet the best practices in IR. The efficiency of current approaches used by the Company, confirmed by an independent appraisal obtained during surveys of research analysts, covering power utilities sector.
