IDGC of Centre is taking part in the Yaroslavl Energy Forum

From 5 to 7 October Energy Forum “The modern structure of the economy is to be provided with a modern innovative energy infrastructure” is being held in Yaroslavl. It is attended by politicians, economists, and heads of utilities. IDGC of Centre is represented at the Forum by Advisor to General Director of IDGC of Centre, General Director of OJSC “Energy Service Company” Mark Slonimsky and Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Yarenergo division director Igor Solonikov.

The event’s participants will consider the state ways of supporting energy saving programs, learn about the innovations in the field of energy infrastructure, and evaluate the suggestions of experts from various areas of the power industry, while not ignoring the experience of foreign colleagues. Also in the course of the discussion tariff policy and “smart” resource accounting issues will be touched upon.

During the Forum the exhibition “Energy Efficiency — regional perspective” will be opened, training seminars, conferences and round table discussions on topical energy issues will be held. Representatives of IDGC of Center will present innovative energy efficiency projects of the company, will talk about the development of the regional energy infrastructure.

The Yaroslavl Energy Forum is the largest industry event dedicated to the important issues of the regional energy infrastructure development, increase of energy efficiency and energy saving in regions of the Russian Federation. Forum 2011 is the second in a row. The first one gathered more than 600 representatives from 50 regions of Russia. The event is supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
