Alexandr Letyagin appointed to this position had held previously the position of Deputy Director for Technical Affairs – Chief engineer of Orelenergo.

Alexandr Letyagin started his professional activity in 1999 as an electrician for relay protection and automatics of Belgorod Heat electric generation plant. Within a short period of time he became Deputy Chief engineer of «Belgorodenergo», JSC. In August 2006 he was appointed Chief engineer of Orelenergo. For the time of work in that capacity he could build the efficient system of the company technical unit management, he implemented a number of large investment projects successfully. Alexandr Letyagin’s professional merits were marked by industrial awards, among which the Merit Certificate of JSC RAO UES of Russia and the Commendation of Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation.
