Drivers of Yaroslavl production division received keys of nine UAZ motor vehicles, Rostov PD — of seven UAZ motor vehicles. Rybinks PD acquired «Eger D1» motor vehicle based on GAZ-3308 (mobile workshop) and six UAZ motor vehicles. Two new UAZ motor vehicles were directed to the Executive apparatus. Expenses for renewal of motor vehicle fleet of the branch amounted to 10 mln 707 thousand Rubles.
Purchase of the native production motor vehicles is grounded by optimum combination of quality and price, low expenses for maintenance and repairs. AWD vehicles of UAZ make provide the opportunity to drive on earth road, in flooded, marshy, rough locality where operative repair staff of the Company is to drive to most of all.
Evgeny Makarov emphasized the significant importance of renewal of motor vehicle fleet of production divisions: «For distribution grids to operate as normal, эpower engineers should be properly equipped, starting with overall and ending by special machinery and vehicles. Renewed motor vehicle fleet is the guarantee of efficient, safety work of the Company specialists, one of the important conditions for securing of reliability and quality of performed works».
IDGC of Centre plans to spend 17 mln Rubles more for purchase of motor vehicles and special machinery of Yarenergo till the end of 2010.
