Vladimir Skrynnikov, the Chairman of Voronezhenergo Veterans Council, was chosen to the position of the Veterans Council Chairman of IDGC of Centre, JSC; Viktor Ablyozgov, Councilor of the IDGC General Director, was chosen to the position of the Deputy Chairman; Vyacheslav Krysanov, the Deputy Chief of the Division of the Personnel Management Department, was chosen to the position of the Secretary of Veterans Council.
Sergey Arkhipov, the First Deputy General Director remarked: “The main strategic guideline of our Company is formation of effective and close-knit team, which is ready to meet targets of any complexity, union of specialists of any age acting together and obtaining outstanding results. This raises personal status of employees and status of the Company as a whole. The formation of the Veterans Council of IDGC of Centre, JSC contributes to implementation of this target into life».
The participants of the videoconference discussed drafts of the Regulations on the Veterans Council and on work with veterans of IDGC of Centre, JSC. These documents are legal and regulatory framework, which includes organizational standards specifying the procedure and content of work with the Company Veterans, procedure of Council formation, its functionality, tasks, rights and opportunities. During videoconference interested sharing of experience regarding organization of work with veterans in branches of the Company took place. All made tenders and initiatives will be analyzed by the Veterans Council operationally.
The members of Veterans Council approved plan of main measures for 2010. In the current year in veteran organizations it is planned to hold a number of measures on more active use of experience and intellectual potential of veterans in production interests, to revive mentoring movement, to realize cultural-leisure and social actions and measures.
Viktor Ablyozgov remarked: “In the year of the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory the work intended to support of our veterans takes on special significance. We have close cooperation with each branch Veterans Councils, with Veterans Councils of administrations of territories where our company is represented ahead of us. We have developed a complex of measures in order none of our company veteran will be neglected and unsupported timely”.

Vladimir Timofeevich Skrynnikov was born in 1940. He graduated from Volgograd Agricultural Institute. His labour activity he began in 1956 as electrician. Since 1964 he has been engaged in the power industry. He made a career starting as electrician up to the General Director of Voronezhenergo, JSC. A score of large power facilities of Voronezh region was constructed put into operation under V.T. Skrynnikov’s guidance. Vladimir Timofeevich is an honoured worker of the United Energy System of Russia, an honoured power engineer of the Russian Federation.
