According to the decision of International Skiing Federation the World Cup stage for skiing race has been being held in «Demino» for three years in a row. These competitions are the last official start before the World Championship. This year nearly 150 the strongest skiers of Russia and the world will participate in race in individual and team competitions in “Demino” territory.
Operational and operation and repair staff of Rybinsk industrial department (ID) of the branch conducted extraordinary reviews of equipment of substation of 110/35/10 kv “Levoberezhnaya”, 35 kv “Shashkovo” and 35/10 kv “Demino” as well as power transmission lines OTL-35 “Shashkovo”, OTL-10 kv feeder “Levoberezhnaya”, feeder “Demino” that secure power supply of SC “Demino” substation to ensure reliable lightning of training and race tracks, uninterrupted power supply of the whole sport complex within the competitions.
The staff cleared tracks and cut brunches along power transmission line, cut out separate trees that are about to fall on wires.
Duty of repair staff is organized, persons responsible for frequent review of “Levoberezhnaya” substation supplying SC “Demino” are appointed for the period of competitions in Rybinsk ID.
Igor Solonikov, Deputy General Director — Director of the branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC noted: «It is important for Yarenergo to ensure uninterrupted power supply of international level competitions for either sportsmen so fans to have only bright and positive impressions of this event. I note that Yarenergo has not permitted power supply interruptions for the whole period of the World Cup stage for skiing race in “Demino”.
