At the meeting the Heads discussed issues regarding quality and reliability of power supply, passing of peak autumn-winter period 2009/2010, integration of power grid complex as well as issues of cooperation of administration of Tver region and power engineers of IDGC of Centre, JSC. Nikolay Shvets made known to participants of the meeting the conception of innovation development of power grid complex of the country and peculiarities of long-term investment program of IDGC Holding, JSC. He brought special attention to transition of all interregional distribution grid companies of Holding to new method of tariff regulation RAB, which since 2009 has been used within the territory of Tver region.
Alexander Eyst, Deputy General Director – Director of the branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC - “Tverenergo” reported on main directions of activity of Tverenergo, preparation of the branch to winter and on state of retail market of electric power of Tver region. In his report Alexander Eyst made a note of great work of power engineers of Tver regarding clearing and widening of vistas as part of preparation to autumn-winter period 2009/2010. Within the frameworks of teleconference the Heads of Heads of productions departments of the branch informed on situation in regions of power networks, reported on indicators of fulfillment of investment and repair annual programs.
At the end of the trip Nikolay Shvets visited power facility State Complex “Zavidovo” where specialists of Tverenergo installed new transformer at the substation No.9 because the old one of 1950 year of manufacture failed the incremental loads.
The General Director of IDGC Holding, JSC highly appreciated the work of employees of the branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC — “Tverenergo”. Nikolay Shvets noticed the competently drawn up program of renovation of equipment: “First of all modernization is carried out where urgent necessity for reliability growth and improvement of quality of power supply escalated. Level of living of population increases proportionally to consumed capacity. At some areas the capacities are intended yet for old, soviet consumption level and do not meet up-to-date requirements. We must control such gaps and fill them up in due time because not only welfare of household consumers, but also development of infrastructure of region as a whole depends on it”.
