The year before the Conception on property relations management determining key principles of property management of distribution grid companies and providing unified approaches to the solving of decisions related to settlement of all kinds of transactions with assets and registration of property rights was adopted in the Unified operating company of Centre.
In the course of the seminar the participants exchanged the opinions on the number of urgent questions regarding property management, financing and performance of measures on registration of land relations and security of transactions with assets of IDGC of Centre, JSC. Special attention should be paid to alterations in the Law of the Russian Federation determining the procedure of registration of guard zones of power transmission lines as well as integration of network assets and necessity of recognition of the unified land-use status.
At the seminar the urgent system requirements of IDGC Holding, JSC were considered, problem questions of property relations were discussed and analyzed. Following the results of the discussion the necessary adjustments were made in the text of the Conception on property relations management. As updated the conception will be submitted for approval to the General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC.
