More than 350 Russian and foreign companies presented innovation developments oriented to increase of technical level of power networks running, accidence reduction and increase of electric power transmission reliability. Alongside with representatives of construction, installation and engineering companies, development engineer and makers of electric and technical equipment the delegates of power companies, of specialized mass media are present.
The following issues are the most impotent for IDGC of Centre: renewal of power grid economy of 11 region, reliable and uninterruptible supply of consumers, energy loss saving in power networks, implementation of energy-efficient technology.
Evgeny Makarov, General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC remarked: “Situation in industry, power economy, in housing and utilities sector is constantly changing, new needs arise. In accordance with these needs the equipment makers improve their production and technology, offer new developments. Annual exhibitions — here, in America or at European territory — demonstrate us these new decisions, give an opportunity to choose the best, the most attractive for us. There are companies, which constantly offer new ideas, and we with pleasure collaborate with them. We became aware of them and now we are ready for availability of new equipment for our grids”.
The exhibition will extend till 4 December. Within a framework of arrangement there will be scientific and technical seminar, which includes plenary meeting and work of sections of electrotechnical equipment and distribution devices, of overhead transmission lines and cable power lines, of protection relay device and emergency control automatics ACS of transformer substations, as well as of information, connection and Automatic system for commercial accounting of power consumption. Besides, the contest of the best development-exhibits will be held for the participants, which winners will be awarded with special diplomas.
