In 2019, IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division will spend 389 million rubles on the maintenance and repair program. For the upcoming autumn-winter period, it is planned to prepare 2,209 km of 0.4-110 kV power lines, 728 transformer substations and 6-10 kV distribution points, to clear 439 hectares of trees and shrubs within protected areas of power lines.
Repair of equipment is planned at 158 substations of 35-110 kV, including the substation “Yuzhnaya”, which feeds the Kharkiv Mountain district in Belgorod, the substation “Stary Oskol-1”, which provides power to seven residential micro-districts of Stary Oskol, “Grayvoron” and “Krasnogvardeiskoye”, "White Ples" in Veidelevsky district and the substation “Zapadnaya” in Gubkinsky district. It is planned to perform current repair of power transformers, overhaul of bays, switches and disconnectors. At the 110 kV substation “Krasnogvardeyskoye”, it is planned to replace 6 high-voltage bushings of obsolete structures with modern ones.
The overhaul of power lines is scheduled for 26 overhead lines of 35-110 kV, including the 110 kV overhead line “Novy Oskol-Serebryanka” of 26.8 km long, the 110 kV overhead line “Konshino-Golofeevka” (47.1 km), the 110 kV overhead line “Frunzenskaya - Mayskaya” (24.9 km), the 35 kV overhead line “Irrigation - Urazovo with a tap to the state farm of Urazovo” (61.9 km), the 35 kV overhead line “Krasnogvardeyskoe - Razdornoye” (27.1 km). Repair of overhead lines is carried out with replacement of poles, insulators and clearing routes of power lines.
The program of maintenance and repair of electric grid facilities is aimed at ensuring the uninterrupted operation of power equipment in the autumn-winter period of 2019-2020. In the current year, about 75% of the volume is planned to be fulfilled by own forces, without involvement of contracting organizations. In particular, Belgorodenergo’s personnel will repair all 100% lines of 0.4-10 kV and transformer substations.
