IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division summed up the results of the training of personnel in the first half of 2018. Employees from all production departments of the enterprise, heads of different levels, specialists and employees - a total of 563 people, that is 28% of the total number of employees, received the opportunity to undergo professional training and improve their qualification. 3,485 million rubles were used for this purpose.
Tambovenergo’s employees improved their professional skills in the field of technical operation of distribution networks, installation of cable lines, operational management, labour protection, industrial, fire and environmental safety. The training was conducted in specialized institutions of additional and higher education in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ivanovo, Tambov, with which the branch has long and fruitfully cooperated: Tambov State Technical University, Ivanovo State Energy University, Petersburg Power Engineering Institute of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, etc. Also, for this purpose the training centre and the safety office of the enterprise were used.
"The concept of vocational training in Tambovenergo assumes continuous training of employees of all categories. Today innovations come in the energy industry, modern technologies are implemented. Therefore, personnel who work in the industry should constantly improve the level of competencies, successfully apply new knowledge and skills in practice," stresses Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.
