A round table "State support of SMEs" was held in Smolensk in the Cultural and Exhibition Centre named after the Tenishevs, organized by the Centre for Support of Entrepreneurship in the Smolensk region. The meeting discussed issues related to grid connection, and access of small and medium-sized businesses to purchases of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division. The head of the customer relations department of Smolenskenergo Alexander Voitsekhovsky, the head of the department for work with customers of the branch Evgeny Vashenkov and a leading specialist of the purchasing department of the branch Nadezhda Altunina spoke to participants.
Individual entrepreneurs and owners of enterprises of the Smolensk region, heads of farms, financial directors, heads of commercial services and development departments took part in the meeting with energy specialists. Businessmen were informed in detail about the provision of the grid connection service, about changing the legislation, about the measures taken by the branch to simplify the grid connection procedure, and to increase the transparency of relationships with consumers. Evgeny Vashenkov explained to the representatives of small and medium-sized businesses the stages of grid connection, told about the "turnkey" service, when the fulfillment of all activities within the grid connection procedure is taken by the energy company and answered all the questions of interest.
Also, the businessmen were told about the procedure for submitting on-line applications for grid connection using a personal account on the company’s official website at lkk.mrsk-1.ru.
In turn, Nadezhda Altunina answered the questions of entrepreneurs about the procurement procedures organized by the branch.
Similar meetings with consumers, at which energy specialists talk about the specifics of connection to grids and answer questions of participants, are held quarterly. The next event for consumers is scheduled for early 2018. For the participation in the round table "State support of SME subjects" IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division was given a certificate.
