Kurskenergo in the first half of the year achieved a decrease in receivables for electricity transmission services by 148 million rubles

Specialists of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division carry out systematic work aimed at paying off receivables for electric power transmission services. For 6 months of 2017 the power engineers managed to achieve its reduction by 148 million rubles.

As of 1 July 2017, Kurskenergo’s overdue receivables amounted to 630.1 million rubles, including overdue debt - 630 million rubles. The largest debtors are LLC "REC", MUE "Gorvodokanal", MUE "Gorteploset" of the city of Zheleznogorsk, OJSC "Kurskregionenergosbyt".

In order to pay off the debt for electric power transmission services, the enterprise uses all administrative and legal instruments provided for by law. Within the framework of regular meetings of Kursk power engineers with non-payers, the situation with settlements for electricity is monitored, options for pre-trial settlement of issues are worked out.

Representatives of Kurskenergo are part of the working group established under the administration of the Kursk region to minimize consumer debt to resource-supplying organizations. At its meetings, schedules are approved for the repayment of debts, which are mandatory for debtors.

One of the most important components of Kurskenergo’s work to reduce accounts receivable is claims and lawsuits. From January to July 2017, the branch sent 46 lawsuits to the courts of various instances to recover debts for the transmission of electricity for a total of 228.8 million rubles. In 8 cases positive court decisions have already been received for a total of 19 million rubles. Two enforcement lists were transferred to the bailiff service for a total of 2.2 million rubles.
