Heads of the HR unit of IDGC of Centre – Tverenergo division at the invitation of the Committee for Youth Affairs of the Tver Region took part in a meeting dedicated to the interaction of the regional department of Russian students’ construction crews with enterprises of the Upper Volga Region. Members of Tverenergo’s students’ construction crew were also invited to the meeting, who shared their impressions of passing the labour semester in the Tver branch of IDGC of Centre.
As noted at the beginning of the meeting by Konstantin Chmutov, the head of the department for patriotic education and implementation of youth programs of the regional Committee for Youth Affairs, Tverenergo is an example of how the work of students’ construction crews at the enterprise should be organized.
Please, be reminded that on 3 July on the site of the branch a labour semester for two energy crews began: "ELE-2017" from Tver State Technical University and "Prometey" from Konakovo Energy College. There are 18 boys and two girls in total. All of them passed a serious selection, as a result of which the best of the best went into the team of members of the students’ construction crews. Tverenergo provides them not only with employment, but with overalls, food, and decent wages.
"The tradition of construction crews was renewed in the branch in 2014, according to the results of the annual work semesters more than 30% of the total number of participants were employed in subdivisions of Tverenergo," said Ekaterina Terekhina, the head of the HR office of IDGC of Centre – Tverenergo division.
Successful experience of the power engineers needs to be spread in the Tver region, as the meeting participants decided. To this end, an agreement on cooperation will be signed between Tverenergo and the Russian construction crew movement in the near future.
