Kostromaenergo’s employees presented books to the city library

By the All-Russian Day of Libraries, which is celebrated in our country on 27 May, employees of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division made a present to library No. 6 of the city of Kostroma. The power engineers handed over to the institution books collected by the employees of the branch: children’s literature, art and scientific works, textbooks – a total of about 300 copies.

For the power engineers it has become a good tradition to help libraries replenish funds. For example, in 2015, the energy company, as part of the International Book Giving Day, held on 14 February, donated about 800 books to the Kostroma Regional Universal Scientific Library.

"We are grateful to the power engineers for such a gift," says Lyudmila Belyaeva, the head of library No. 6. "To replenish funds today is quite difficult - books are now very expensive. Therefore, we are happy with every publication. Soon all the books brought will take place on the shelves of our library."
