Hotline of power engineering specialists:
IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division pays great attention to staff development. The company has modern training facilities, including the Centre for training of operating personnel (the Centre), where power engineers receive theoretical knowledge, and training grounds, where they practice skills.
Since the beginning of 2016 380 specialists increased their qualification at the Centre of Kurskenergo. Among those who passed short-term training there are electricians of first responding mobile crews, specialists of the service of relay protection, automation and metrology, staff of marketing and customer interaction in Distribution Zones and Customer Service Centres.
Currently masters of crews for diagnostics of electric equipment are having their training at the Centre. The training program includes theoretical knowledge in their specialty, as well as issues of occupational safety, fire and electrical safety. Workshops are also provided.
By the end of this year another 475 employees of the branch will improve their skills at the Centre.
"Kurskenergo created the necessary conditions for effective training of workers, specialists and managers," emphasizes Head of Human Resources of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division Lyudmila Mokrousova. "We give a lot of attention to this activity because the level of knowledge and professional skills of our specialists directly affects quality of power supply to consumers of the region."
