3 March 2016 representatives of IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division were invited to address issues of connection to power grids at a round table on problems of grid connection of construction projects. The event was held by the Smolensk Regional Branch of the All-Russian public movement "People’s Front "For Russia" with the support of the Smolensk Chamber of Industry and Commerce, in connection with numerous appeals of representatives of the business community of the Smolensk region. Roundtable participants were also Deputy Head of the Smolensk Region Department on energy, energy efficiency and tariff policy Valery Vasilchikov, Deputy Head of the Administration of the city of Smolensk Alexander Zakhartsov, Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Smolensk region Andrey Romanov, Prosecutor of the Smolensk region Evgeny Polonsky, First Deputy Head of the municipality "Safonovsky district" Nikolay Goloskok, Head of investment support of the investment development Department of the Smolensk region Irina Lazarenkova, Executive Director of federal state unitary enterprise "SPO Analitpribor" Anatoly Popov, President of the Smolensk All-Russian Intersector Employers Organization "Smolensk Regional Union of builders" Vadim Kosykh, head of examination of NP SRO "Union of Smolensk builders" Alexander Apraksin, General Director of the Association of SRO "Union of Smolensk designers" Alexander Tikhonov, General Director of OJSC SPK "Smolenskagropromdorstroy" Sergey Popov, General Director of LLC "DSK" Grigory Kormer, Deputy Director of LLC AN "Garant-housing" Ivan Pozhilov, managers of GC "Grazhdanstroy", and a representative of LLC "Atrium". Among the speakers, except for the representatives of Smolenskenergo, there were representatives of heat and power grid, street communication networks and water supply, external gas supply networks companies.
Deputy Director for Sale and Development of Services of Smolenskenergo Andrey Zhydenko spoke at the round table on issues of connection to electric grids. During the round table the representative of Smolenskenergo explained the procedure of grid connection while constructing housing and socially important facilities. The power company’s representative also spoke about the problems of ownerless networks and the issues associated with servicing by homeowners and budget organizations of intrasite external networks that have fallen into the ownership as a result of construction of power facilities by forces of developers.
According to the results of the round table, it was decided to carry out continuous cooperation of power companies in the region, authorities of the subjects and business representatives.
