In early December a delegation of the Tver branch of IDGC of Centre under the leadership of the head of the HR department of the branch Marina Sermanova visited the Ivanovo State Power Engineering University (ISPU) in order to pre-distribute students for the pre-graduation and industrial practice. As a result of the two-day visit, 10 promising trainees were selected.
The format of communication between representatives of the electric grid company and the students was built in the way of information exchange. First, the potential employer told the young people about the benefits of the practice and work in the Tver branch of IDGC of Centre, and then the students answered questions about themselves. The interview with student interns in "Tverenergo" is always paid very serious attention, as young professionals is is the labour reserve of the electric power industry, and the Tver power system is interested in promising staff that will ensure coming of modern knowledge and new ideas.
"The company IDGC of Centre pays close attention to the work with the youth, future employees of the company. In this regard, it is important to maintain close cooperation with relevant institutions," commented on the results of the visit to Ivanovo Marina Sermanova. "At present, ISPU at the electricity faculty teaches in five specialties of our specialization, and we actively work to attract university students to practice first, and then - to work."
