For 6 months of 2015 2,551 applications for a total capacity of 100.303 MW were filed at IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division. The number of applications for grid connection is constantly increasing - this indicates a steady increase in consumer demand for the service "Implementation of grid connection" that is beneficial to the socio-economic development of the region.
During the first half of the year 2,033 contract for the implementation of grid connection of consumers with a total capacity of 74.567 MW were also signed. At the stage of execution the branch has now 4,238 contracts for a total capacity of 241.104 MW.
During the reporting period 1,929 customers for a total capacity of 45.341 MW were connected to the networks of Smolenskenergo, including -1,618 individuals (connected capacity up to 15 kW) for a total capacity of 18.49 MW. The most active grid connection in the region is still underway in the area of individual housing and small businesses.
For 6 months one major facility was connected - a warehouse of food and nonfood products of CJSC "Tander" in the village of Pokornoye in Smolensk district with its power of 1.893 kW. Experts of Smolenskenergo also provided power to socially important facilities, including a boarding house, located at the address: Smolensk region, Novoduginsky district, the village of Molgino. The total capacity is 0.35 MW.
Smolenskenergo offers to residents of the Smolensk region (both physical and legal persons) the service for grid connection both at the connection of first time put into operation, already connected reconstructed power installations, the connected capacity of which increases, and when changing the category of power supply reliability of power installations, the point of grid connection, production activities that do not involve the revision of the value of the connected power, but the change of the circuit of external electricity supply of power installations.
Proceeds from the grid connection for the first 6 months of 2015 amounted to 43.2 million rubles without VAT. These funds were used for the new connection of power installations of legal entities and residential customers to electric networks of the branch.
