IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the training, advanced training and retraining of personnel for eight months of 2015. During the reporting period about 900 employees of the branch were trained.
In the training centre of operating personnel of "Kurskenergo" 400 power engineers raised their qualification: electricians for maintenance of distribution networks of 0.4-10 kV, operating and grid control centre staff, Distribution Zones and electricians of first responding mobile crews. 32 employees of customer relationship management of the branch were trained as part of a pilot project implementation for the service development "Grid connection support". The training seminars on safety at work, organized by Rostekhnadzor, were attended by 31 employees. 106 employees of "Kurskenergo" (chief engineers of Distribution Zones, mechanics, crew masters, occupational safety engineers) had pre-examination training in the training centres of housing and communal services of the city of Kursk.
By the end of the year more than 800 power engineers of the Kursk branch of IDGC of Centre will complete their training.
"We pay close attention to the professional training of staff of all categories, because, ultimately, their obtained new knowledge and skills will enhance the reliability of power equipment operation, ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers," stressed Head of Human Resources of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division Lyudmila Mokrousova.
