IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division and the Regional Department of Education with the support of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov announce a joint regional competition of children’s creative works "The best project on electrical safety and energy efficiency".
Schoolchildren of 1-11 grades of educational institutions of the region invited to participate, who wish to practice in research on the topic of energy efficiency and electrical safety.
The contest is held in the following categories: practical work (model, layout), theoretical work (research project) and promotion (informing the public about the problems of efficient use of energy resources and the safe handling of electricity using posters, leaflets, multimedia products, etc. ). Projects can be both individual and group, prepared under the guidance of a mentor. The main thing is the work should correspond to the stated objectives, have practical or artistic value.
The first, municipal, phase started on 5 September 2015 in the region’s districts. Winners will be eligible to participate in the regional stage, which will be held from 16 to 27 November on the site of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov in the form of public presentation and defense of projects.
According to the organizers, it will enhance the knowledge of schoolchildren in the field of electrical safety and energy efficiency, as well as form children’s own position on these issues.
