In the first half of 2015 specialists of the Voronezh branch of IDGC of Centre in the framework of the investment program implementation carried out work on grid connection to electric networks of 25 socially important facilities in different districts of the region. In particular, the grid infrastructure was provided to five kindergartens in Anninsky, Bogucharsky, Ramonsky, Rossoshansky and Ternovsky districts, two schools (Olkhovatsky and Rossoshansky districts), three medical institutions (Ostrogozhsky, Ramonsky, Ternovsky districts), three sports facilities (Gribanovsky, Petropavlovsky , Ramonsky districts), six hydraulic engineering installations (water intake stations, artesian wells in Anninsky, Liskinsky and Novokhopersky districts).
Power engineers were focusing on an orphanage of Pokrovsky Church in the village of Otradnoye in Novousmansky district - for its connection to the grid technical re-equipment of a package transformer substation and the existing distribution networks was carried out, a new section of an overhead power line was constructed. By the end of this year the Voronezh power engineers plan to connect to the power grid a number of significant social facilities in the region. Among them there is a new water intake in the town of Liski - a district centre with population of over 54 thousand people. All work on the grid connection is being performed using modern electrical equipment, providing a high level of electrical safety.
"Connecting significant social facilities to the power grid is under special control of the power company. Their connection is carried out in a matter of priority and in strict accordance with the deadlines," stressed Deputy General Director - Director of the branch Ivan Kleymenov.
