Smolenskenergo’s Customer Service Centre met the 60,000th visitor

The Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division in the city of Smolensk, September 2, 2015 received a request from the 60,000th customer. It was a resident of the regional centre Tatiana Belyaeva. The jubilee visitor was congratulated by all employees of the CSC and the head of customer interaction of Smolenskenergo Alexander Voytsekhovskiy presented a gift.

"In the Customer Service Centre I needed to learn about the rules of replacement of electricity meters in a private home. I was provided with comprehensive information and all my questions were answered. A pleasant surprise was greeting me as the anniversary customer. I thank the employees of Smolenskenergo for competence and benevolence, and their heads for the holiday, which they arranged for me," commented Tatiana Belyaeva.

Honouring anniversary visitors of the Smolensk CSC became a good tradition for the branch. Every year the number of visits is calculated in thousands - and it is not only proof of the demand for services, but also a lot of work of the staff of the Centre. Interests of potential and existing customers are a priority for the branch, so customers are paid full attention to.

The Smolensk CSC was opened seven years ago and all this time it has been actively developing and offering customers new services and new opportunities. Only for 7 months of 2015 the Customer Service Centre of Smolensk received 6,556 residents of the Smolensk region, which is 1,225 people more than in the same period of 2014. At the same time it received 3,678 applications for the provision of connection to the grid of the company. 1,039 people (34% more than last year) requested value-added services.

In addition, during this period employees of the CSC had 74 oral consultations on various issues related to electricity supply.

Consumers, who have concluded an agreement with the branch, are sure that all work will be done efficiently and on time. This is indicated by 138 positive comments received by Smolenskenergo’s CSC for seven months in 2015.
