Members of the Youth Council of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division took part in the All-Russian Ecological Cleanup Day "Green Russia". The young people cleaned in a park near the Kostroma Philharmonic, where in 2012 the Alley of Power Engineers was laid. They were engaged in cleaning of premises, curbs, trimmed and watered overgrown shrubs and young trees.
"The project "Green Russia" gives an opportunity to power engineers, as well as millions of Russians, to join the respect for nature, positive emotions, to make the world cleaner and brighter," said Chairperson of the Youth Council of Kostromaenergo Zoya Krestenko.
Employees of Kostromaenergo annually take part in ecological action of planting, which started back in 2011. Then the first Alleys of Power Engineers appeared in the Kostroma Victory Park and in the premises of the temple of St. Tikhon.
