A specialist of HR department of the Lipetsk branch of IDGC of Centre Irina Odinokikh participated in the V Youth Innovation Forum "Forsage-2015", which took place in the Kaluga region from 12 to 18 July in the format of a campground.
Along with 99 more participants from among the youth personnel reserve of JSC "Rosseti" Irina Odinokikh worked in the educational Stream of JSC "Rosseti", in which she was trained under the topics - "What is a career development in Rosseti", "United Youth Policy of Rosseti", "Work plan of active members of the youth" and "Performance benchmarks". She took part in discussions on strategic topics of effective development in the energy field, as well as in practical units, related to the specifics of the management and implementation of projects. During the discussion of the topic of initiatives for change in an organization the representative of Lipetskenergo demonstrated a high level of professional knowledge as well as creative and innovative thinking, which was noted by organizers of the event. As a representative of the team that showed the best results during the strategy session "Youth Policy" of the Group of Companies "Rosseti" Irina Odinokikh was awarded a voucher to close the employment season of students’ construction crews of the electric grid complex, which will be held in Crimea in October this year and will bring together the most active young leaders of Rosseti.
In total 10 thematic streams operated at the Forum that united 800 young power engineers and industrialists. The key theme of the Forum was energy efficiency, which determined its content.
The Forum included the educational part consisting of master classes by leading experts, workshops, mini-trainings, business games, case studies, speeches of executive managers of the State Corporation "Rosatom" and experts. As well as team building and cultural components - team sports entertainment events, workshops and contests.
During the event participants were given a unique opportunity to interact with prominent people and leaders from different business areas, including the head of Rosatom, Sergey Kiriyenko, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak, the head of the "Boeing" in the CIS Sergey Kravchenko.
The Forum "innovation" was the work of three makeshift factories. Two of them - for the production of desserts and souvenirs, they provided products for the Forum participants, and one - for making children sliders and gertrudes - of the Kaluga orphanage children.
"In 2014 I took part in such an event - I developed the strategy for the development of the youth policy in the region at the forum "Region of the Future - 2.0". Forsage is a larger in scale project with multi-level tasks that require innovative solutions. The general thing in them that they enrich the life experience with unique knowledge and skills. Forcing will remain a bright page in my life, thanks to new contacts and communication with unique people, which allowed to take another look at many things. Especially from a bird's-eye view! Taking advantage of the opportunity, provided by the organizers of the Forum, to fly with a hot air balloon and paraglide in the Kaluga sky, I learned that, it turned out, I am not afraid of heights, and my fears about it - it's just a "fear of the edge". I flew by controlling the air flow and I will tell you it is almost like managing a dream! - Irina Odinokikh shared her impressions.
