Orelenergo fully restored power supply in districts affected by bad weather

Employees of IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division completely eliminated the technological power failure caused by squally wind and rain, which covered the Orel region last night.

As at 06:00 p.m. on 30 July there were no settlements in the region with interrupted power supply.

38 mobile crews and 25 special vehicles were involved in conducting first responding and restoration operations around the clock, as well as resources of contractors. In the case of repeated bad weather Distribution Zones of Orelenergo prepared redundant power supplies for operation.

With the onset of the bad weather IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division set up the crisis management centre. Around the clock members of the crisis management centre had immediate interaction with territorial divisions of EMERCOM and executive authorities.

Calls are also accepted via the phones of Orlovsky Distribution Zone: 72-17-39; 74-15-48, as the most affected district as a result of the bad weather conditions.
