Young professionals of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division took part in a large-scale sports events - a series of citywide morning exercises "Active visitors of parks", held in June and July on Sunday in Victory Park in Kostroma. The event was organized by the "Club of Active Kostroma Residents". As part of it professional fitness trainers and leaders of dance studios in the city held themed morning exercises in the park. Dozens of residents of the regional centre took part in each of them.
And young professionals of Kostromaenergo did not stay aside. Together with other citizens they participated in dance mixes, trampolining, sports workouts, getting a lot of positive emotions. "For Kostroma it is a new, very interesting experience," stresses Chairperson of the Youth Council of Kostromaenergo Zoya Krestenko. "The morning exercises brought us together, helped know each other outside of work, make friends. I think the involvement of young power engineers in such events will become a good tradition!"
"Kostromaenergo pays great attention to physical development and health of employees: classes in mini-football, volleyball, fitness, aikido, badminton and table tennis are organized for them, a gym is open. The participation of our youth in the city-wide morning exercises is evidence that the branch has a growing vigorous and active change, supporting the continuity of traditions of a healthy lifestyle of power engineers," emphasizes Head of HR Nadezhda Muravyeva.
