Experts of Bryanskenergo and members of the construction crew took part in a roundtable on the development of the students’ construction crews’ movement

Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division and members of the construction crew "Fulcrum" working at its facilities took part in a round table organized by the Office for Youth Policy of the Department of Education and Science of the Bryansk region dedicated to the issues of development in the region of the movement of students’ construction crews. The event took place in the Bryansk State Technical University (BSTU).

The roundtable participants discussed the state of the labour market of the Bryansk region, as well as employment opportunities of students in the summer. Representatives of the leading universities in the region shared their experience in organizing students’ crews: the Bryansk branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, the Bryansk State Agricultural University and the Bryansk State University.

Head of Human Resources of Bryanskenergo Anna Nozdracheva informed about how the company promotes the revival of the traditions in the region of the students’ construction crews’ movement. The practice of Bryansk power engineers on the organization of youth work was praised by the representatives of regional authorities and universities. In addition, during the meeting an agreement was reached on the conclusion of a cooperation contract between Bryanskenergo and Technical University.

The round table also discussed issues of expanding forms of youth employment in the Bryansk region, and the need to consolidate the students’ construction crews’ movement by establishing a regional centre of students’ crews.

According to Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov, meetings of such a format help build a system of effective interaction between educational institutions and employers.
