Students of the construction crew "Energy-44", working at facilities of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division, participated in the corporate training "We - one team". It was organized by the Youth Council of Kostromaenergo in order to improve cohesion and mutual understanding of members of the students’ construction crew, teaching them communication skills.
During the training the students were offered exercises and practices aimed at the formation of team spirit, increasing the level of personal responsibility in solving common problems. According to Chair of the Youth Council Zoya Krestenko, who held the training, this experience will be useful to them in their professional activities. The members of the students’ construction crew shared their views on the content of the "team" concept, drew the crew logo, as well as talked about the most vivid impressions of the work at the facilities of Kostromaenergo.
"The priority of the personnel policy of Kostromaenergo is the formation and development of the team of professionals. That is why, in addition to the organization of production activities, we pay great attention to corporate culture, trying to inculcate its values to the younger generation," emphasizes Head of Human Resources of the branch Nadezhda Muravyeva.
Kostromaenergo does much to make the work semester for the members of the students’ construction crew "Energy 44" to pass nice and full of activities. Since early July power engineers have organized for the young people a volleyball tournament, excursions to the Grid Control Centre and the Museum of Kostromaenergo. In addition, the members of the students’ construction crew participated in competitions of professional skills of electricians’ crews of the Central region, which was held on the site of the technical college named after Chizhov, as well as in routing safety games in children’s health camps organized by Kostromaenergo in conjunction with the regional offices of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Federal Drug Control Service.
